MOM'S KITCHEN; SAVOURY SUPPER - TWENTY MINUTES AND YOU'RE DONE!



SAVOURY SUPPER
Whip up a quick tasty supper with beans and vegetarian viennas. Twenty minutes and you're done!
  Allergy Alert; Remember, if you're allergic to any of the ingredients, then don't use this recipe.
  For gluten free diet; You can use gluten free breadcrumbs if needed. Make sure the vegetarian viennas don't contain gluten; otherwise just stick to a gluten free brand of baked beans.


Ingredients
1 large onion                                 
Salt & Pepper
4 oz fresh breadcrumbs
500 g baked beans
Vegetarian viennas
2 teaspoons sage
Water


How to make;
1. Peel and roughly chop the onion
2. Place in a pan with cold water to cover
3. Bring to the boil and simmer until tender
4. Drain
5. Mix the cooked onion with the breadcrumbs, sage and bind with a little water
6. Season to taste
7. Place half the beans together with chopped Vienna pieces in a greased pie dish
8. Cover with half the stuffing
9. Add the rest of the beans and vienna pieces, and top with rest of stuffing mixture
10.Bake 400 degrees F for 20 minutes
