MOM'S KITCHEN - SAVOURY CRUMBLE



SAVOURY CRUMBLE
  A quick meal which your family will love, and which won't break your household budget!
  Allergy Alert; Before starting the recipe, check first that you have no allergies to any of the ingredients.
  If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, then don't use this recipe

Ingredients;
1 onion
Salt & Pepper
Low fat vegetable cooking spray
4 oz flour
2 oz butter
Pinch mixed herbs
500g vegetarian mince
1 x 225g tin vegetable soup

How to Make;
1. Chop the onion and fry in low fat vegetable cooking spray, 
until golden
2. Add vegetarian mince and salt and pepper to taste and cook 
for 3 minutes
3. Stir in the soup, bring to boil and pour into greased 
ovenproof dish
4. Sieve flour and pinch of salt and add herbs
5. Rub in 2 oz butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
6. Sprinkle over the mince and bake 350 degrees F until 
topping is crisp
