MOM'S KITCHEN; 30 MINUTE BACON PRATIES! [VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY]


30 MINUTE BACON PRATIES

Allergy Alert; if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, do not use this recipe

Ingredients
6 potatoes peeled and quartered
250 g meat free bacon rasher cuts
Tin of sweetcorn or mixed vegetables
Large peeled and diced onion
2 tablespoons oil

How to make;
1. Fry onion in oil until transparent
2. Add veggie bacon cuts and stir in until they are brown
3. Add contents of tin of sweetcorn or vegetables and allow to brown and simmer on low heat
4. When potatoes are boiled, put at the bottom of an ovenproof dish
5. Spread the veggie bacon and vegetables over the top
6. Bake for half an hour in 180 degrees or medium oven.

This is a fantastic dish, smells so good
 and tastes terrific!
Great recipe for when it's cold outside
and the kids are 'starving'
