FRUIT JELLIES WITH CUSTARD


MAKING JELLY? WHY NOT ADD SOME SLIVERS OF PEELED, CORED APPLE?
Other options are to add fruit cocktail
[some diced portions of pear, peach,
pineapple and cherries].
Or what about bananas?
They make a delicious change to ordinary jelly.
Pour some cool custard on the top of the
fruit jelly after the jelly has set.
Leave in the fridge until the custard sets.
Serve with panache!
