STORING YOUR DRIED FRUIT
REMEMBER THAT DRIED FRUIT
HAS QUITE A HIGH ACID CONTENT.
Never store dried fruit in tins, which could easily corrode. Raisins, currants, apple rings, sultanas
and the like should be stored in glass, pottery
or plastic storage containers.
